Butterflies & Rainbows
The World is full of mysteries, wonders & colours
Wrapped up in Nature's Ribbons Before Us Unfold
The Northern Lights, Sun Sets, Flower Gardens, and Orchards
With Butterflies and Rainbows, let the story be ToldFor there is Greatness awaiting those who see through
The calamity and hustle of life that clouds our sight
So take time to take in all that surrounds you
And like butterflies and rainbows, you can take flight!
The Confession
Earlier this morning as I opened my eyes
Under my foot was left a surprise
A "compact" little spider, legs twitching in air
Left me with the feelings of guilt and despair
Poor little guy never stood a chance
As this big galoot got into his stance
With clouds moving in, the sun fading away
For squishing a spider, this the price I must pay
So to you my dear readers, and to the Great Duff
My apologies I send, I hope this is enough
May your Golf Game continue, may your plans carry on
May the rain hold off, may the spider live on!
Sweet Victory
Candy, oh, Candy Where would I be?
If I did not have you inside of me!
Into my mouth, your sugar doth flow
And straight to my hips the rest of you go!
The rush you provide is instantly sweet
The crash that occurs just can't be beat!
With flavours a plenty, how do I choose?
Money is endless through all the teeth that I loose!
Candy, oh Candy Where would I be?
If I did not have you inside of me!
Until the next blog,
Cheer Loud, Cheer Long, Cheer Often!
